The Tallinn Urban Planning Department issued the long-awaited building permit for the Oru House project on July 17th. Consequently, we will begin construction this fall. The construction is planned to last 15-18 months.
Floors 3 to 5 are for sale, with smaller units on the 3rd floor and more spacious layouts on the 4th and 5th floors.
Note: Oru House is located on 100% commercial land!
