Video: Eedu’s cornerstone celebration

The start of autumn is the perfect time to look back at the summer. In June, the cornerstone was laid for Eedu, the education and business campus that will help shape the skyline of central Tallinn.

The ceremony marked the moment when Eedu’s construction rose above ground and began its journey skyward. As of today, seven floors have already been completed, including the first residential floor, and the shafts have reached the tenth floor, standing at around 36 metres high. In other words, roughly one third of Eedu’s full height has already been achieved.

The campus will open its doors in 2027.

A true highlight of June was the cornerstone ceremony. Take a look at the video to relive the day.

Eedu will be a high-rise of innovative and striking architecture, one of the first of its kind in the world. The building is designed to bring together diverse uses under one roof, uniting business, education, co-working, event spaces and residential living. Eedu is being developed in collaboration between EBS and Metro, with NOBE as the main contractor.
